Captivated by the legacy of the quest for beings, ‘’Black and Gold’’ is a writing framed by every moment, without plan, without intention, and that I realized, I can say, with some exaltation.It’s a language of pure mystery, and yet, seeing it unfold… not knowing where to go while knowing exactly what you’re doing...

Yes!... that’s it!... a map, and no destination.

This work comes out of winter.It’s a series of sixteen ‘Written Paintings’’ realized by listening in a loop, in a small workshop, transmissions about the clarity of the mind.

I worked with black pigment and shadowed patina, and I dug into the material with a fine metal tool, to run a liquid of a gold pigment, as to evoke rivers of gold that crisscross the black air.This writing is a flow... Black and Gold...All the symbols, wild, that multiply, repeat themselves, the points, the lines that touch, that connection, like the electric current of nature’s ease, organizes the whole atmosphere.

And in this flow, one can realize, among millions of achievements, that there is no destination, even it’s good to find a piece of island, when you swim in the middle of the ocean.
